Mission

Who we are.

San Luis Obispo Search and Rescue - (SLOSAR) is comprised of highly-trained volunteer members from around the community. Team members provide the manpower, knowledge, and skills to conduct rescues and searches for missing people. Missions encompass everything from an overdue hiker to missing Alzheimer’s patient, high-angle rescues, medical response calls, to assisting law enforcement in searching for evidence.
